The 3kW Vertical BESS Liquid Cooling Unit is designed for liquid-cooled battery energy storage cabinets where stable coolant temperature control and compact cabinet integration are required. With a narrow vertical structure, the unit is suitable for BESS cabinet layouts with limited installation width and can be integrated into commercial and industrial battery energy storage systems.
The unit combines refrigeration, coolant circulation, PTC liquid heating and intelligent temperature control in one packaged design. It helps maintain stable coolant supply temperature, reduce temperature differences between battery modules, and support reliable long-term operation of liquid-cooled battery systems.
For system integration, the unit supports Modbus-RS485 and CAN communication, allowing connection with compatible BMS, EMS or host controllers. It is suitable for BESS cabinets, outdoor battery cabinets, C&I energy storage systems, and renewable energy storage projects.

This vertical liquid cooling unit is developed for compact battery cabinet applications. The vertical mounting design helps save horizontal space and supports flexible installation inside or alongside the battery cabinet.
The coolant circuit can be connected to battery cold plates, manifolds or external liquid cooling loops. Through controlled coolant circulation, the unit transfers heat from the battery system to the refrigeration circuit, helping the battery system operate within a stable temperature range.

The unit provides 3.0kW rated cooling capacity and is suitable for small and medium liquid-cooled battery energy storage cabinets. It is ideal for BESS applications where stable coolant temperature and compact structure are required.

The unit should be installed according to the specified vertical mounting direction. Sufficient space should be reserved for air inlet, air outlet, coolant hoses, electrical connection, commissioning and maintenance.
For stable operation, the condenser air inlet and exhaust air should be properly separated to avoid hot air re circulation. The coolant loop should be filled and purged correctly before operation, and the flow resistance of cold plates, manifolds, hoses and connectors should be checked during system design.
If the cabinet layout requires horizontal installation, a corresponding horizontal liquid cooling unit should be selected instead of changing the installation direction of this vertical model.
