5KW Horizontal Liquid Cooling Chiller for BESS Cabinet

Designed for horizontal installation in BESS cabinets and energy storage systems, CS L 50 H A combines 5 kW liquid cooling with 2 kW PTC heating. It uses a DC inverter compressor, speed-controlled DC fans and pump, stainless steel plate heat exchanger and expansion valve. The unit supports 220 VAC ±15%, 45 L/min coolant flow, -30°C to +55°C operation, R134a/R410A refrigerants, NW26 quick connectors, and RS485 plus CAN communication. Optional condensation dehumidification is available.

Model CS L 50 H A | Customized Configuration

Designed for battery energy storage systems, this horizontal liquid cooling unit combines active cooling with PTC heating to manage coolant temperature. Its DC inverter compressor, speed-controlled fans and circulation pump support controlled operation. RS485 and CAN communication enable integration with the system controller, while optional battery compartment dehumidification helps reduce condensation.

Cooling capacity and input power are rated at 18°C liquid temperature and 35°C ambient air temperature.

Product Features

Controlled cooling and heating. A DC inverter rotary compressor, DC speed-controlled fans and pump, stainless steel plate heat exchanger and expansion valve manage heat transfer. The PTC heater supports low-temperature operation.

Flexible temperature control. Control modes use coolant supply temperature, coolant return temperature or battery cell temperature. Built-in fault detection supports system monitoring.

Cabinet integration. The horizontal housing uses SGCC steel with a RAL7035 finish. Coolant quick connectors and charge/drain valves provide access for connection and servicing.

Optional Battery Compartment Dehumidification

A condensation dehumidification module is available with a capacity of 25 mL/h at 30°C and 50% RH. The module provides 50 m³/h circulating airflow and uses a Ø50 mm air connection.
