Our Air to Water Heat Exchanger is a high-efficiency closed-loop enclosure cooling solution designed specifically for indoor electrical cabinets and equipment enclosures. It removes heat from cabinet air and transfers it to a circulating water loop—without exchanging air with the surrounding room. This keeps sensitive electronics protected from dust and contaminants while maintaining stable cabinet temperature for reliable operation.
Unlike refrigerant-based air conditioners, this solution uses no refrigerant and no compressor, making it a green, energy-saving choice for industrial control cabinet cooling.

Closed-Loop Cooling (Sealed Cabinet Air Path)
Cabinet air circulates internally through the heat exchanger core—helping maintain enclosure protection and preventing ambient contaminants from entering.
Refrigerant-Free, Eco-Friendly
No refrigerant, no leakage risk, and lower environmental impact compared with compressor cooling.
Energy-Saving Operation
Only fan power is required on the cabinet side; heat is rejected through the facility water loop.
Stable Cooling for Industrial Electronics
Ideal for PLC, VFD/drive, power supply, and automation components requiring steady internal temperature.
Low Maintenance
Simple structure, fewer wear components, and long-life industrial design (water quality management recommended).
External circulation side
Internal circulation side
Side view
Designed for indoor environments such as:
Industrial control cabinets and electrical enclosures
Automation panels (PLC / IO / control modules)
Drive & inverter cabinets (VFD / servo drives)
Power distribution and instrumentation cabinets
Manufacturing workshops, MCC rooms, and indoor equipment rooms
Hot cabinet air is drawn through the internal fan and passes across the heat exchanger coil.
Cooling water flows through the coil and absorbs heat from the cabinet air.
Cooled cabinet air returns into the enclosure, reducing cabinet internal temperature.
The warmed water returns to the building/plant cooling system (chilled water / cooling tower / dry cooler loop).
With sufficiently low water inlet temperature, enclosure air can be cooled effectively and steadily.
Mounting: Side-mounted (wall-mounted on enclosure side panel)
Power Supply: 1~220VAC
Protection: IP55 (towards enclosure side)
Housing Material: SGCC steel
Surface Finish: Powder-coated RAL7035 (Light Grey)

Q1: Is this product for outdoor cabinets?
This model configuration is designed for indoor electrical cabinets. If you need outdoor deployment, the cabinet design and site conditions should be evaluated separately.
Q2: Does it use refrigerant?
No. It is refrigerant-free and transfers heat using a water loop.
Q3: Does it exchange air with the room?
No. It is closed-loop enclosure cooling, keeping cabinet air inside while transferring heat through the coil.
