Chunshu Liquid Cooling System is designed for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to maintain stable battery temperature and reduce cell temperature differences during charge/discharge. Using an ethylene glycol water solution as the coolant, the unit removes heat through a plate heat exchanger and refrigeration cycle, and supports heating via PTC to improve low-temperature operation reliability.

Heat pickup (BESS side): The glycol loop absorbs heat from battery cold plates / liquid channels.
Heat exchange (unit side): Heat transfers through a stainless-steel plate heat exchanger.
Refrigeration cycle: A DC inverter compressor drives the refrigerant cycle to remove heat.
Heat rejection: Condenser and fan discharge heat to ambient air.
Heating support: PTC heater warms the circulating liquid when required in cold conditions.
